The venue for the XXVIth Jornadas de Economía Industiral is the Fundación Universidad Empresa -ADEIT. It is a modern building, located in the historical city centre of Valencia and very close to the conference hotels and to most historic buildings and monuments.

How to reach the conference venue

By plane

Getting to Valencia is easy and convenient. There are direct flights from all major European cities, and from all over the world via Madrid or Barcelona. You will have no problem checking with your travel agent.

  • The airport is about 8 km from the city centre. A taxi from the airport to the city centre will cost you around 20 EUROS.
  • You may also travel by tube (Metro Valencia). Take Line 3 (red line) or line 5 (green line) until Colon stop (25-30 minute trip, single ticket is 1,90€). Hotels and venue are at 7-10 minute walk from this stop. Airoport is one the ends of both lines.

Aero-busDirect bus service Airport/Valencia/Airport. Every day, from 6.00 am to 22.00 pm. (every 20 minutes).

By train

There are comfortable trains from Madrid and Barcelona. The train station (Estacion del norte) is in the centre of the city. For information about timetables and prices visit the site of RENFE.

By car

If you decide to bring (or rent) your own car, there are two major highways (motorways) leading to Valencia; one from Madrid, the A-3; and the A-7 from Barcelona and the border with France.
