The general aim of this Master is to train experts in the two basic industrial economics areas: markets and organisations. Students will acquire knowledge on the analytical tools needed to understand market functioning.
This includes firstly identifying optimum strategies that take into account strategic behaviour of rivals and the development of competitive patterns. Secondly, it requires providing the student the tools for the quantitative analysis of markets and economic agents' behaviour. Finally, the student will be also familiar with competition policy issues from the viewpoint of both companies and regulators.
