The Ramón y Cajal programme
The main objective of this programme is to strengthen the research capacity of groups and R&D institutions, both public and private, by hiring researchers who have obtained a doctoral degree, and have submitted a research to develop, through subsidies gradually and progressively financed by the recipient institutions, to identify and define their research strategies and areas where they want to specialize. The Juan de la Cierva programme
